We are so excited to announce our new IHP Student Representative for the 111 Academic Year.
Guess who? She is a nutritionist and second-year PhD student (soon-to-be candidate!) who loves hiking, playing badminton, and being a great classmate and friend. 
Our new representative is none other than the outgoing, kind-hearted, and creative Ruchel Gagarin Oasan, hailing from the beautiful country of the Philippines.
