QUALIFICATION

Master program: Bachelor's (or above) degree and interested in public health
PhD program: Master's (or above) degree interested in public health.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENT

·       Autobiography (Typed in English, handwriting not accepted)

·       Study & Research Plan (Typed in English, handwriting not accepted) - Basic content shall include motivation for application, education/research Background, and prospective study at NYCU.

·       Certificate of the highest educational level & transcripts

·       Degree certificate & (with English/Chinese translation if needed)

·       Two recommendation letters

·       Financial proof: US$5,000, issued within 3 months/ Proof of government scholarship: Proof of scholarship issued by the Taiwan government or another government, not including proof of scholarship from NYCU.

·       Proof of English Proficiency (CEFR B1 or above, or English-speaking nationality, or previous academic credentials fully taught in English)

·       Other supporting documents (optional)
