Introduction
With strong background in both Biomedicine and law, Han-Hsi Indy Liu is one of the top specialists in Taiwan and a founding attorney at Pontis Law and TLC BioMed Law Group. Before he joined Pontis Law, Mr. Liu has served as project specialist in the International Community Health Services in Seattle and practiced law in a law firm focusing on foreign legal affairs in Taipei, where he gained extensive experience in cross-border legal matters. Specializing in Biomedicine, data privacy, intellectual property and corporate and investment, Mr. Liu has been representing many startups and listed companies in the field of Biomedicine and highly trusted by foreign and domestic clients. In addition, Mr. Liu gives lectures on Global Health Law in National Chengchi University and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, serves as honorary counsel in medicine-related foundations and associations, and keeps close connection with the industry, academics and government officials in the Biomedical field.
