Current Research Interests

We are interested in Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), a human tumor virus that causes human cancers, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, gastric cancer, breast cancer, B- and T-cell lymphomas, and various types of human autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis. We are investigating:

1. Molecular and Cellular virology of tumor viruses

2. The pathogenic roles of Epstein-Barr virus in human carcinomas and lymphomas

3.Apply virology

4. The development of vaccines and anti-viral drugs against Epstein-Barr virus and other viruses

5. Immunotherapy by using viruses

6. Virology and drug screening of SARS-CoV-2 for solving COVID-19 pandemic
