I found that I am a lucky person to get an opportunity to visit Taipei City Hospital Heping Fuyou Branch through a health crisis management course. This trip was very fascinating to me. They have shown more how they passive when approach to SARS and applied these real-world lessons learned during the COVID-19 epidemic. The layout and arrangement of the departments were demonstrated very reasonable and modern. They introduced negative pressure areas which to control the quantity and quality of the air being put into and out of a room and the air pressure between adjacent rooms or areas. They also design for certain clinic procedures to ensure avoiding transmission for medical staff and isolating patients. In addition, they did it very thoughtfully and describes thoroughly how they monitor and take care of patients during COVID-19. Engaging in such a trip brings me immense knowledgable. I would like to say thanks to Professor and the staff for giving me a great chance to explore and share good empirical experiences from the lessons of this hospital.
